By using PerfectUpload you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
PerfectUpload provides free tools that resize, compress, convert and format images and documents, plus calculators. The tools run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Use only files you have the right to use.
- Check every output before you submit it. Application requirements change, and you are responsible for confirming them in the official notification or on the official website.
- Do not use the tools to forge, alter or misrepresent official documents, identity cards, signatures or photographs, or for any unlawful purpose. Doing so may be a criminal offence.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
No warranty
The tools and presets are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep specifications accurate and show their sources, but we do not guarantee that an output will be accepted by any portal, embassy, exam body or organisation. Calculator results are estimates for information only and are not financial, legal or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfectUpload is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including rejected applications, missed deadlines or decisions made based on calculator results.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code and content belong to PerfectUpload. Files you process remain entirely yours; we never receive them.
Third-party names
Names of exams, government bodies and countries are used only to describe which requirements a preset follows. PerfectUpload is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
